CHI posted on their site: "With deep sorrow, today Creative Health Institute has lost our beloved friend, inspiration and founder, Don Haughey. This morning a fire broke out in the mill house, which was Don's residence. Don passed in the fire. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers — especially Susan, his daughter, Jim and Charles, his sons, and Mary, his companion who was in the mill when the fire broke out. She survived."
