Who is Charlie Gay?
Charlie Gay made a name for himself by becoming one of the most effective event organizers in the world. He created events for Pink Floyd, Madonna, Fleetwood Mac, and Cher, among others, before organizing at the Rose Bowl, the Cotton Bowl, and the Washington DC mall. Over a million people attended those events.

A brief explanation of the HUB - USE THIS NEXT PART AS A "CHEAT SHEET" TO HELP YOU EXPLAIN HUB TO ANOTHER! This program is basically three parts which I will explain a little more in a minute: (#1) it is set up so you are "purchasing" a product at $99 per month and that purchase is the financial engine that drives the charitable giving part (which is #2) and it is set up using the multilevel marketing concept (#3) so there is a payback to you as the contributor/purchaser.

What you are purchasing:
• Private access to the world's top leaders, trainers, and empowerment experts – people like Frank Maguire, one of the co-founders of FedEx, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Robert G. Allen, Dr. Jean Houston, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Mark Victor Hansen, Chris and Janet Attwood, and Bill Harris
• Connection to the HUB Social Network where you will find like-minded people who share similar visions; the network also includes social change leaders committed to helping you turn your personal visions for humanity into reality
• Access to HUB’s Circles of Brilliance, a support network that will likely become MySpace on steroids, specifically designed to connect you and YOUR passions with others who will support you, provide resources you need and energize your passions to change the world.
• Access to the HUB Global Village™ and the HUB Member's Emporium, where products and ideas that contribute to making a positive change in the world will be available, and where you can create, buy, or sell socially-conscious products through the HUB network. Providing access to a global community for your products and services.
• Access to pre-designed tools that effectively spread the message of HUB and sustainable global giving
• Access to your own Global Map Of Change, viewable on the internet, allowing you to track your personal impact and the power of your personal giving on an ongoing basis; for instance, select a village in Africa, read the stories of people whose lives you have personally helped change, see with your own eyes the impact you are making on the world, which, over time, can include thousands or even millions
• Three (3) unique domain names pointing to your HUB website and an email address

There are 3 to 5 meetings via teleconference every week with these top people to offer you information, answer questions and to inspire you. There are lots more but this is part of what you are "purchasing". This is a tax write-off as a business expense; see your CPA for details. Since this is a purchase, it sets up a consistent funding for HUB (not like random donations) and this is the financial engine that drives the next part....

Second part is the REAL reason most people say "Yes I will do this." 40% of the $99 goes directly to Africa (later this will expand to other countries but right now it is in Africa). That percentage is greater than most charities ever hope to actually get to the people who it is intended to help. For $99, you provide food and education for 3 children, clean water for 10 people and sustainable living training for 16 people each month. Then it supports microloans which helps these people go into a green, sustainable living (business) and they can sale their products at a fair trade price on the Global Village.

Third part is just icing on the cake, it is set up with the MLM concept. 40% of the $99 goes back into this part. It is paid back in percentages depending on what level you are at (see chart below). Everyone needs to have 3 people signed up under them – which is easy to do – and michael and I are beginning to place people under people that are under us as we have met our number and more now. It pays 9 levels deep, each person on each level having 3 people, totals over 29,000 people when the matrix is full….that is the point where over $200,000 per month is going to those in need and a like amount into your bank account.

The other 20% goes into the company to pay for the materials and media and administration and yes profit for them too.

People have asked about the “pay out” (although this is not mine or michael’s main reason for joining this – we love the 40% going to creating a sustainable community) – it is a 3x9 matrix - each person sponsors 3 people on their front line and after that the people go into levels below to help build the 9 levels deep. We build ourselves and those we sign up to get the matrix full quicker.

DESCRIPTION OF AREAS WITHIN THE HUB:

There is a “click” on the front page when you Log In – asking for bank information so they can direct deposit your payback - if you do not fill that in then you will get it in check form by snail mail.

Now lets look at the Navigation Menu on the left side:

Home Page Manager: Create your domain name - this is YOUR website. You get 3 unique domain names pointing to your HUB website but please know that the names stay what you name them so be sure before you click “Permanently Add”. You really only need to set up one to begin with so other people can sign up under you on your site. You can name this first one “yourname.hubhub.org” or “yourbusiness.hubhub.org” or whatever you like! And the landing space should be set to "My Personal Web Page" and click update. You can upload a photo and type in your bio here as well.

Your Passions: THE NEW WEBSITE! This area contains the Passion Test - which will be used to network you with other people of like mind with you.

Circles of Brilliance: "COB Questionnaire" - you tell them if you want to facilitate a Circle of Brilliance or what you want in your involvement with your circles (your network group set up to match your passions you filled in).

Marketing Center: There are art files, document templates, powerpoint presentations, clip art, etc to assist you in your business.

Training Center: Links to the conference training calls, compensation plan and training video by Peter Willis.

Automated Marketing Center: NEW! a powerful marketing tool that allows you to automatically spread the word about your business, book or personal with millions of potential customers. Upload your press release, article, blog or ad and broadcast it to our partner websites that receive over 73.2 million unique monthly visitors.
Our scientifically-designed process helps you gain significant online visibility and traffic to your web site. Then we will syndicate and update your message on hundreds and thousands of social media sites worldwide. And do it again. And again. Until you own your market.

My Account Details: You can change your password here as well. This is your Log In password as well as your email password. You can change your User Name and your email address here as well as add your other personal information. Here is where you log your SS# or business EIN#, address and phone numbers.

Contact My Team: NEW! The email addresses and phone numbers of your "directly" sponsored team members is there for you.

Commission Report: Breakdown of your enrollment tree, the rankings of everyone in your downline and your own position. You'll find your ring matrix and your commissions and earnings history.

My Subscription: Secure area (you'll have to enter your username and password twice) where you can change your credit card info and see your past transactions/payments.

My Genealogy: Lists your Impact Team by name and AID# as well as their status.

Email Account Manager: Create your email, use yourname@hubhub.org or yourbusiness@hubhub.org or whatever. You get one email and this name is permanent too. After you set your email address you can reset your password.

My Agreements: You need to click and electronically sign all four of these agreements.
