One more recipe that we think you'll love…
Banana Ice Cream is often served as an evening treat here, with raw brownies and/or fresh fruit. It is a dessert that has the texture of soft serve ice cream and can be made to taste a number of different ways when combined with other frozen fruit.
To make it:
* Peel and freeze ripe bananas—a small piece of waxed paper between each one helps to separate them later.
* Press through a Champion juicer with a blank blade. That's it!
Frozen strawberries, blueberries, mangos, peaches, etc., can be mixed with the banana as it is being processed through the juicer. Fruit sauce or carob sauce, granola, chopped nuts and/or coconut can also be sprinkled on top for a treat that's easy, healthy and good enough to satisfy any sweet tooth. Kids love it! You will too!
