The Heart Center received a partial new roof and ceiling in 2005 during the WORKMONTH. Thanks to everyone who participated in preparing the land and who worked on the buildings. And thanks to Kevin for his special touch in the garden and in directing the kitchen during WORKMONTH that year and during the other 2005 intensives.

Due to a greater demand for us to be on the road we did not do a 2006 Summer Season, however, the HeartLand Support Team continued the work and accomplished a tremendous amount of work (see "Support Team 2006" for details).

The work just blended on into WORKMONTH 2007 as we prepared the buildings and grounds for the regular 53-day Intensive season! (see "Support Team 2007" for details).

michael and jeanie went on the road for 10-months ~ from Sept 2007 - July 2008, thus we had a shorter 27-day Intensive season. However, the Support Team grew to 6 people committed to 14 months support and two more coming in the Fall 2008! (see "Support Team 2008" for details).


We have already set the schedule for a full season (65-Days PLUS) in 2009. Come and be part of what is happening at HeartLand!

We plan to do major renovating of the HeartCenter! We have several other building plans - including renovating Harmony. We also are planning several grounds' projects such as developing a larger garden and getting the swimming pool ready for use in 2009! (see "Support Team 2009" for details).

A 4000 square foot organic garden greets you at the top of the hill on the newest 9-acre addition to the property, thanks George and Flora for making it possible to acquire the land. Great work on the garden over the past few years Foster, Kevin and Chuck (and everyone else who's been digging in the earth!) We did not utilize this garden area in 2007 or 2008 but would like to start back in full swing for 2009!

There is still room on the SuperIntensive Team for this next year. (Any carpenter/builder/handyman or office types ready to take a year off from the world to have the most healing experience of your life?)
